Silent partner IITS has produced Organic.Mednet sustainability plan which defines what sustainability means to our project. This document aims to present the study of further sustainability actions for the main Organic.Mednet results, by an assessment of their market positioning, strengths and weaknesses. It particularly focuses on the maintenance and continuation of Web infrastructures and tools as pan-European services, and defines funding, operational and other general sustainability commitments. |

The Organic.Mednet project will actively support and participate in the"Joint School on IT-Enhanced Organic & Sustainable Education for Teacher, Trainers and Agriculture Professionals" that will take place in Mesta village, Chios island, Greece between October 5-11, 2011.

More specifically, Ass. Prof. S. Sanchez Alonso will present the project experience in the creation of Educational Portals based on the MOLE platform for training agricultural professionals. The training addresses all teachers, trainers and professionals interested in the field of Environmental & Ecological Education, aiming to provide a better understanding of the current advances related to Organic Farming, Sustainable Education, Blended Learning and Modern ICT tools. During the event, the participants will also have the opportunity to attend the GREEN FEST, an international event on environmental issues and establish a dialogue with fellow teachers and professionals. |

Last 21st & 22nd of June, Prodague hosted in Switzerland the 4th Organic.Mednet project meeting. Representatives of all partners from Spain, Greece, Nederlands, Switzerland and Turkey discussed in Geneva, Cully and Lausanne and planned the activities for the last part of this project that will end next 30th September. |

Next project meeting will take place on 21st & 22nd of June in Switzerland and will be hosted by PRODAGUE, the Organic.Mednet Swiss partner.
The purpose of Organic-Mednet is to make resources and learning scenarios available on a web platform to support the transition to organic and biodynamic farming.
Partners from Spain, Greece, Nederland and Turkey, and representatives of institutions related to organic farming will be involved.
